1. About the App

Guitar Setlist Pro is a song library, setlist manager, and live performance tool for musicians. Key features include:

• Adding, editing, and organizing songs
• Chord grid and lyrics editor
• Automatic transposition and capo calculation
• Setlist creation and stage mode
• YouTube video linking with floating player
• Single and multiple chord-sheet scanning from photos and PDFs
• Chromatic guitar tuner and metronome
• Community setlist sharing

2. Free and Premium Plans

The app offers two usage tiers: free and premium (Pro).

• Free plan: A limited number of songs can be created. The current limit is shown within the app.
• Pro plan: A monthly or annual subscription provides unlimited songs and access to all premium features.
• Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period through your App Store or Google Play account.
• Purchases are subject to Apple App Store and Google Play Store policies. Refund requests are governed by the respective store's policy.

3. User Content

Songs, lyrics, chords, notes, and other content you enter belong to you. However:

• You may add copyrighted content (such as lyrics by other artists) for personal, private use only. Sharing such content publicly via the community feature may constitute copyright infringement.
• You are responsible for ensuring that content you share in the community section is lawful, non-defamatory, and does not infringe the rights of third parties.
• Content published in the community section is visible to other users.

4. YouTube Content Policy

The app allows you to link YouTube videos to songs and play them within the app. When using YouTube links:

• YouTube's Terms of Service and community guidelines apply.
• You may not use the app to gain unauthorized access to copyrighted content.
• You are solely responsible for any legal liability arising from your use of YouTube content.

5. Photo Scan (OCR) Feature

The chord sheet scanning feature processes selected photos and PDF pages locally on supported iOS and Android devices. Recognition accuracy may vary depending on image quality; this feature is provided "as is."

6. Guitar Tuner

The chromatic guitar tuner works on supported iOS and Android devices and requires microphone access. This feature is provided for reference purposes; additional verification is recommended for professional performance or recording environments.

7. Community Feature Rules

The following content is strictly prohibited in the community section:

• Content containing insults, defamation, or hate speech
• Content that infringes the privacy or intellectual property rights of third parties
• Misleading or deceptive information
• Spam or automatically generated content

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these rules. Users can report a repertoire, block its publisher, and remove their own Community shares from within the app. Reports may be reviewed and actioned by the developer.

8. Limitation of Liability

Guitar Setlist Pro cannot be held liable for in-app errors, data loss, or disruptions caused by third-party services such as YouTube, Firebase, Apple App Store, or Google Play. The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated within the app. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
